Brandfogmassor

Fire protection compound intended for fire and sound sealing of electricity, plumbing and ventilation penetrations in massive building parts or lightweight walls. GPG is used for fire protection of cable and pipe penetrations and small holes in walls or floors. The mass effectively prevents fire, smoke and toxic gases from spreading between fire cells.
Gypsum-based fire protection mass with very good fire and sound dampening properties. Also suitable for shaft casting as it has a load capacity of 300 kg/m². GPG is also used for insulation against noise, drafts, air pollution and for finishing works such as repairing concrete, bolt holes and the like. The mass has very good surface properties and adheres to concrete, plastic and steel.
GPG is a plaster consisting of gypsum, perlite and fiberglass which, when mixed with water, forms a white fireproof mass. The mass is hardened into a strong, fireproof material.

Area of ??use: Walls and joists made of concrete, lightweight concrete, wood and plaster. The GPG mass is mixed with water to the desired consistency. Type approved by SITAC 1422, 2061/89. Ventilation ducts EI60-EI240, plumbing pipes EI60-EI240, cable ducts EI60-EI300.

1-component neutral curing fire retardant fire protection silicone for indoor and outdoor use. Suitable for applications in the construction and industrial sector where high flame resistance of the materials involved is required.
Substrate temperature: +5°C to +40°C.

Fire Guard S 564 can be used in connection with joints around windows, doors, light partitions, floors and ceilings where fire protection is desired. Fire Guard S 564 is tested in accordance with DS EN 1366-4: 2010 and meets ISO 11600 F LM25.

Fire Guard A 565 is a plastic water-based acrylic joint compound developed for passive fireproofing of linear joints around windows, doors, light partitions, floors and ceilings.
Fire Guard A 565 is tested with respect to BS EN 1366-4: 2010.

Fire Guard A+ 566 is a plastic water-based acrylic sealant. Used in connection with passive fireproofing of joints around pipe penetrations through walls and floors.

Nøytralherdende 1-komponent hybridfugemasse. Fuktighetsherdende og danner en elastisk fuge som tåler bevegelse opp til +/- 20%. Brukes for brannklassifiserte fuger rundt f.eks. vinduer, dører, lette skillevegger, gulv og tak. Kan oppnå brannklasse EI 120 ved spesielle fugekonstruksjoner. Kan brukes både innendørs og utendørs. Overmalbar. Har utmerket værbestandighet. Inneholder verken syrer, løsemidler, silikoner eller isocyanater. Er testet i henhold til EN 1366-4:2010, lineære fuger og oppfyller ISO 11600 HM20.

Elastoplastisk vannbasert akrylfugemasse for innendørs fuging i tørre rom. Brukes til passiv brannsikring av lineære fuger, som rundt vinduer, dører, lette skillevegger og tak. Inneholder ingen organiske løsemidler, halogener eller asbest. Testet i henhold til EN 1366-4: 2010 for lineære fuger.

Fireproof paintable sealant with up to 4 hours of fire resistance. Expanding at temperatures above 250°C. Prevents smoke and flames from penetrating joints and openings.

Fire joint compound for most surfaces including concrete, brick, leca, steel, wood, plaster, glass, PVC etc. Easy to apply, can be painted over. Cures quickly. Permanently flexible up to 12.5%. Expands at 180°C. For most materials, priming is not necessary before application. At least 12 months storage time. EI 30 -> EI 240. Approved by Swedcert for joining and sealing all types of constructions and penetrations. In accordance with Breeam Nor emission requirements.
